About these guides

They are written by Dr Thomas Porter, an emergency medicine registrar, and every figure is attributed to a named, dated document so it can be verified. Each guide carries the date it was last reviewed, and the version it was checked against.

Requirements change, and deaneries present them differently on their own ARCP paperwork. These notes are a starting point for finding the current position, not a substitute for it.
